Consultation

Design

Measured survey, feasibility and concept sketches. You’ll see real options — not one take-it-or-leave-it drawing.

Step 03

Approvals

We prepare and submit the planning application, handle the council, then produce the building regulations package.

Step 04

On Site

Tender support, builder selection and construction management, so the thing that gets built is the thing we designed.

Priti Shahare

Priti has over 20 years of industry experience on varied projects including residential, conservation, heritage, commercial and MoD projects.

Her work includes refurbishment, alterations, extensions, adaptive reuse and commercial buildings, delivering projects from inception to completion. Priti also has an interest in heritage buildings that are full of character and would be eager to seize any opportunity to breathe new life into them.

The practice takes on each project with the same passion, enthusiasm and commitment, putting the client and their needs at the forefront of every design.
